Creation of a MVNO in Italy: we developed a unique experience to project and prepare the launch of new mobile operator (ESP, MVNO). We advise non telecom groups to move toward TLC, organizing their marketing and sales management strategy to enter the highly competitive TLC market. We support the company to prepare the business case, seek favourable wholesale agreements on traffic, termination rates, number portability and roaming charges. We advise investors on opportunities to enter such industry.
Project development and creation of a new Call Center Company in Brazil: We worked with an approach custom-made and flexible. We shared entrepreneurial responsibility for our proposals; we also involve the whole client company in the development, implementation and success of our actions. runs a venture capital operation. Our project creates value because we have a strong expertise in emerging markets, helping new entrants to plan their operations and formulate winning strategies, policies and helping to develop service portfolios and operations.
Strategic advisor for international development of an Italian Group: We were able to help a leading Italian Group to develop and implement strategies for internationalization. We assist the client in bridging the gap between its needs and a challenging environment. Advise on sales and management strategies, build customer approach and develop revised product strategies. We also advise potential investors on opportunities in this industry and about partnership.
Creation and start-up of a new WIMAX operator: Leveraging our experience on wireline and wireless market (Hyperlan and Wi-Fi) we create the first mover in Italy developing the WiMAX technology and build the strategy to enter the Italian market as broadband wireless provider and fixed-mobile operator. We defined the new business model, the strategic approach and the business case. We supported the development the operating holding and 6 regional companies. We run the first pre-WiMAX network in Italy. We supported the company to establish partnership with technology leaders and service providers. We developed value growth strategies, improve operations, and organizational effectiveness preparing the key elements to win licences and to launch new businesses, whether greenfield or extension.
Founder of a WASP in Latin America: We supported the development
of a Wireless Application Service Provider in Brazil. We supported the definition
of the business model and subsequently of the organization of the company. We
established long-term business contacts and relations with partners.
Led the M&A activity worldwide and the scouting of the opportunities in
the WASP market.
