More than 23 years of experience in the ITC industry covering all the Telecommunication areas: fixed, mobile, service provider. 20 years in Telecom Italia Group starting in the Finance Department, reaching the responsibility of the whole planning and control activity and leading, in the last 8 years, as CEO, Managing Director or Chairman different Italian companies (i.e. Blu 4th mobile operator in Italy, TIM International) and all the International activities of TIM.
Directly reporting to the TIM CEO I founded and managed for 6 years the International Division achieving the target of 50 million clients and more than US$3 billion of turnover, having the full responsibility of the P&L, M&A, controlling the companies, fixing the targets and KPIs. I managed the start-up of 10 new companies, the business development in new areas of interest (i.e. VAS, ISP, WASP) and the international relations of TIM. I have been part of 20 Boards of Directors in Italy, Europe and Latin America.
In the last 2 years as entrepreneur, manager and consultant, I launched and managed, in different areas of the world, new initiatives, strategic alliances, commercial partnerships and M&A project, developing business in Wireless Broadband (Wi-Fi, WiMax), CRM (call center), Mobile (MVNO) and new services (WASP).
